I'm leaving DeviantArt. I do have my own opinion about the new direction DA is moving in, but it's nothing you haven't heard before. Let's hold on to all of our good memories of this place (and there have been many).

So where will I go? I have my own LiveJournal now, A Blog For Black Paul, which you can read whenever you like. I've also submitted some of my band photographs to Noise for their Gig Pix competition. Jay was kind enough to design the logo for my profile. Hopefully the page will be viewable tomorrow.

I'd like to extend my deepest thanks to my friends here. Especially Jay, Noelle, AJ, Dion, Eric, Caitie, Roxy, Paddy and Helen. (Sorry if I missed anyone.) You guys have been an inspiration. If you're ever on the Australian eastern seaboard and you need a place to stay, my door is always open.

Thanks also to everyone who discussed, commented, faved and watched. Over the next few days I'm going to send some Notes, tie up a few loose ends and finally delete my whole gallery except for a few mementoes. Fare thee well.
